Hourly Rates:

  • Standard administration: $75-$85/hour
  • Senior administration or facilitation: $85-$95/hour
  • Minimum 2-hour engagement

Retainer Pricing:

  • 20 hours/month: $1,400-$1,700/month
  • 40 hours/month: $2,700-$3,300/month
  • 80 hours/month (half-time): $5,200-$6,400/month

Fixed-Price Projects:

  • Based on scope and deliverables
